Not worth the money at all. Asked her what the coat of arms meant and she gave me a story that was believable until I looked up the REAL meaning. She may be knowledgeable but Vienna history she is not. She is a very nice lady though I will give her that.

This was an excellent tour. Susanna was knowledgeable and informative. She was also very tuned to our needs and was more than willing to change the itinerary to accommodate our interests. All in all a great experience in Vienna.
