We will show you all aspects of Wadi Rum from prehistoric petroglyphs to Star Wars in one day. Make stops at spots connected to people of Thamud, Nabataeans and Romans, Turks and Great Arab Revolt - wells and water cisterns, temples and caves, Al Khaz`ali Canyon, inscriptions from neolithic period to common era with interpretations, Hejaz Railway station and Lawrence steam train. Between all this we will ride and roll down steep dunes and climb sandstone arches and mushrooms, meet camels and their shepherds, make tea on fire and tell you everything we know about Wadi Rum geology, flora and fauna.

For a half day tour we keep most of the locations but cut the stops and tea breaks; and two hours is enough to visit a great photo spot at the rock bridges of Al-Kharazeh, add there the biggest Wadi Rum well and Aramaic inscriptions.

Jo Pollack is a wonderful tour guide. She was very friendly with us during the tour and we had a wonderful experience with her. We could visit her place with goats and watching the sunset from the rocks. :)

Our guide Jaffa was really kind and funny (like crazy funny :D ) and the tour itself was amazing. Pickup and dropoff (Aqaba) was smooth, just in time as agreed before by the email. Along the way we could sit in the back of the truck and we stop by all the main landmarks and got all the necessary commentary from the guide.
Definitely bring the camera because of all the beautiful sceneries, also the guide is willing to take pictures of you.
In the end, Jaffa took us to his home (he lives genuinely in the desert all the year) to meet his family and offered us food and tea. If we had more time, we would definitely stay for the night - there was barbecue fire place and rooms ready.
Thank you!
