This is the last chance you have to see the Carnival Parade! The famous Champion's Parade reunites the Champion and five runners-up, celebrating victory and closing the Rio Carnival Samba Parades.
The top six Samba Schools earn their last chance to celebrate carnival by putting up a great show, but without the burden of being judged. We start with the performance of the sixth position and we go up to the 1st place that closes the show. Be ready to return at the early hours in the morning of the next day!
Keep in mind that the Carnival season changes every year.
Roundtrip transfer and tickets included.

Unfortunately the evening was rained out and that made the experience very unpleasant as there was little shelter and it truly poured with rain.
However, that was not the problem as you always take a chance with the weather.
Our tour quide was totally inadequate. She did not give us ANY information about the Carnival and what was going to happen. She just dropped us off with no explanations of where we were and what to expect. No information about drinks and seating. The pickup times, for after the event, and location of pickup, were vague and not accurate. My husband left early as he was so drenched and arrived at the location for the designated pickup at 12AM. He waited in the rain for 30 mins but no bus or tour guide turned up and he had to search and pay for a taxi to return to our hotel. On leaving the event at 2.30AM for another designated return trip, the guide had changed her position, but we were lucky that we spotted her. Given the overwhelming amount of people and the size of the event, the information should have been concise, accurate and adhered to. Bad organisation from this tour operator!
