We work with a number of accredited and experienced drivers with excellent knowledge of the city. All our drivers speak English and have been trained in accordance with local government regulations of COVID-19 related precautions.
All our vehicles are considered premium, are cleaned on a daily basis and disinfected before and after every new journey.
You can cancel or amend your trip at no cost, up to 6 hours prior to your booked time of journey. In case your flight was cancelled or delayed, we will amend your booking at no cost, even outside of the 6-hour notice timeframe.

This was my second time using Fat Taxi as transport to downtown Istanbul. Sinan, the owner makes the extra mile, he is professional and trustworthy.
I had the same driver both ways. He was also helpful, punctual and polite.
Fat taxi's service is efficient, and safe. As a bonus, there was a discount on the website offering a very attractive price.

The car was very clean and the driver was very polite and when i asked him for wifi access he granted it straight away. And also Mr Sinan was following up with everything since i reserved online. Definitely will be using again for any future visits.

It was my first time (surely not the last now) using fattaxi in istanbul and it was not only convenient and easy but was a great experience. The assistance was available through out over WhatsApp and the driver was extremely decent and polite.
Will recommend to use fattaxi to anyone who is traveling alone or with family because you won’t be disappointed for sure! :)

My wife and I traveled to Istanbul for the first time in November. We were a little intimidated, having not been there, and during Covid. It was great to exit the terminal, and immediately see the sign for our transportation. We waited only 1-2 minutes and very spacious limo van pulled up. They took our luggage for us, we got it and next thing you know we where at our hotel. After a long flight, it was great to have the extra space and some bottles of water on the short trip to the city. The vehicle was very clean, driver was kind, and everyone had a mask on from start to finish. We experienced the same professionalism on the return journey to the airport once our trip was complete. I highly recommend Fat Taxi, and will definitely use them again when we go back! Communication was great throughout (I used WhatsApp), everything was on-time, and we felt very safe. Please use them during this tough time for everyone in travel/tourism. A+++
