LOOK NO FURTHER!
My husband and I spent hours searching for the most VIP bougie luxury wine tour we could find out of Santa Barbara. WE FOUND IT!
We were picked up on time in a luxury spacious Mercedes Van. Not your typical van. Forward facing comfortable captain seats for all. Aluminum water bottles, filled with fresh water by the driver through out the day.
Experience: PRIVATE: every experience was private. Just the 5 of us that were on the tour. The winemakers were the experience. Charisma and know made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Snacks at each location and more than the average pour for a taste. Clean restrooms at all. Glassware provided for lunch. Lunch was more than described. Yummy tri tip and turkey sandwiches with chips.
Drive: 45 min quick fun drive out of Santa Barbara. No more than 15 between wineries driving.
We are casual wine drinkers. This experience was curated to newbies and experts. We learned soo much at each stop.
Picked up at 10am, drinking by 11am, home by 5pm. This is more of a high end experience than you're paying for. I'm really glad we selected this outfit. Note: book directly with Sustainable Wines for a better price.

This was our first trip to the Santa Barbara wine country, and it was fantastic. We had private tours with the wine makers and owners of the vineyards. Our guide and driver Scott Bull was incredibly knowledgeable and made our day memorable. I would definitely recommend Sustainable Wine Tours to anyone that wants to spend a great day in wine country.

We had an absolutely amazing experience. It was a one of a kind tour not to your everyday wine tour. Very small and specialized. We will definitely do this again on our next trip.

We had a wonderful day! Our driver, Frances, picked us up in a large and very comfortable van. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the region and local wines. We enjoyed wines at three different wineries. I typically have low expectations for box lunches, but our lunch was delicious.
Overall, a great day, and I would definitely go on this tour again.

We had an awesome experience. We were celebrating our anniversary and brought our three young adult children with us, Scott arranged for us to visit three wineries that do not sell their wine in stores or restaurants. We met with two of the winemakers. The tours were personalized and super interesting. Everyone learned something new and enjoyed talking with the winemakers. I would definitely recommend this to tour!

Sustainable Wine Tours offers personalized, small-group tours that allow visitors to explore the beautiful vineyards and taste a variety of wines that most of Santa Barbara doesn’t get to taste. Their knowledgeable guides provide insights into the sustainable practices employed by the wineries, making it a great educational experience and a tasty one as well! Scott is full of personality and so are the wineries he selected to show us! Great tour, would recommend over the larger wineries any day!!
