This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.
You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind our club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organize in groups of two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella in a fully immersive and dynamic matter. Depending on the amount of guests, several paella recipes will be made so that guests get to taste and learn how to cook more than one type of paella.
You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." As a preview, we'll give away one of the 10 secret steps: Step 1—take a sip of our premium wine.
After the workshop is over, while the paellas are finishing cooking, you will sit and enjoy other courses made by our chef as well as your paella creations with Catalan wine pairing.

The whole experience was simply amazing! Alex was an incredible host and you got to know him personally as you are cooking and learning about foods and history of Paella. Has an assistant that was a Michelin chef. They all made it so much fun and they made sure you got to experience making great food and meeting new friends at the same time. we have done several cooking classes in different countries. This place just brings the fun. The chefs were entertaining, and informative, and most of all fun. Lots of music. You had a conga line at the end. This is a great time!

We had a wonderful experience at the Paella Club! The chefs made it a fun night where we learned to make and taste different types of Paella. The meal was delicious and the dessert was extra tasty. We would highly recommend this cooking lesson experience when you are in Barcelona.

This is an experience not to be missed in Barcelona! So much fun! We had an excellent time at the Paella cooking class. The paella was excellent, so many varieties were made and shared. Cannot recommend it enough. 10 out of 10.

We had such a great time from start to finish. I had read the reviews so I was expecting a fun experience but it far exceeded my expectations. The young people who run the operation did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome, explaining how things would work and their lighthearted, funny nature was contagious. I would highly recommend this class.

This cooking class was tons of fun! Our glasses of cava were never empty and the paellas our clas made were delicious along with the other tapas and dessert the chefs were prepared for us. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience and so much fun! The chefs were welcoming and funny while teaching us so much. Each couple made their own and then we sat to a lovely dinner tasting each other’s dishes. Lots of wine or other drinks . I am dairy free and they accommodated my needs. What a fun night and a must do! .
