This tour was fantastic, our tour guide Henry made the day very enjoyable and everything ran very smoothly. The bus ride to Halong Bay was well organised, and the bus itself was clean and comfortable with good A/C. The boat trip was beautiful and the food provided was nice. The activities were very enjoyable and Halong Bay itself was stunning. I highly recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to go on this tour!

It's a shame that the weather wasn't nice because the tour would have allowed us to see beautiful views. Punctuality and friendliness of the guide especially during the visit to the cave

The 4 star is because of the weather. It was foggy and rainy and we saw everything in a haze.
The trip would have been excellent but for the low visibility.
Buffet lunch was great. Evening, wine and cookies were served. Will do the trip again on a sunny day.

The tour was fine. The bus trip around 2 hours. The guide was very friendly and kind. It was very interesting to see all the limestone mountains. And the cave was the part that left us breath taken. What we didn’t enjoy was the food. It wasn’t terrible but it was very whatever to us. We wanted to upgrade to the buffet in the better boat but the agency never answered my messages and when we arrived it was not possible.

Tour guide Tuon was very personable and knowledgeable, with good humor. Halong nay was beautiful. (Although, sadly, some trash floating in the water in many place). We did the speed boat activity so we could see additional areas of Halong bay. The ride itself, though, is geared more towards people who have not been in a speedboat before. They hyped it as an adventure that would make you scream. We did the small tour boat, which only had about 30 people. The crew served a very good lunch.

Willy is a brilliant tour guide! The itinerary is perfect. I spoke to others that did 2 day 2 night tour and they said it was unnecessary. The buffet lunch was excellent great options for veggies and vegans (lots of tofu).
