I would say that more than a visit to the cellar with an explanation of the winemaking process and wines produced, it was an aperitif/lunch with their accompanying wines.
The staff did not appear to be trained as they were unable to answer even the most banal questions (such as the sugar residue in one of their passito wines).
The descriptions of the wines were lacking.
As for the wines offered for tasting, I would like to point out the excellent value for money of their basic nero d'avola, Note Nere. Instead, I found their Charmat method sparkling wine to have good acidity but little minerality and an elegant perlage.

Nice clean presentable apartment in central area of Trapani
Enjoyed our stay visiting the wonderful old town.
Greeted at apartments by owner.
Problem with wardrobe reported an action taken by owner swiftly.
Just as a future reference it would have been nice to have some local information provided, like best places to eat and visit. Also owner’s son assisted with our problem and I found it difficult to communicate with him, he also underestimated my ability to understand his mother language and I was quite offended by what he said, however on the whole it was a positive experience.
It would have been good to know we could use the roof space, we found this by chance on our last day.
