I loved the snorkling experience with Kevin and the crew, they were all amazing and caring people!
The whole experience well organized. At the end we enjoyed margarita, sandwich and cheviche. I highly recommend this tour!

Had a few hiccups in the beginning, but the tour was very fun and the family enjoyed every aspect.
The night before the tour company was contacting me about moving up my times because of bad weather coming in later in the afternoon. Between phone calls and texts we had a plan to move up from noon to 10am. By morning I had a couple more texts. Not sure if I misread or translation was off but thought our tour was moved back to noon.
We grabbed the ferry at 1030am and head over to Isla Mujeres. While transiting the tour texted to ask if we were still coming. They were very helpful and asked for a picture of the family so the guide could meet us at the pier. He also sent a picture of himself so we knew who to look for. It was a quick walk down past a couple store fronts and we met the boat captain and diver. We explained the misunderstanding of time and they stated not a problem.
The boat captain and diver were awesome. Had to adjust the snorkeling area because of impending storm. They adjusted beautifully and the family enjoyed the entire tour. Provided lunch (sandwiches and ceviche) and margaritas after diving.

It was an enjoyable snorkeling tour with Kevin, our tour guide, who was very friendly and made sure our group stood together at all times. We had ceviche, sandwiches & margaritas on the way back. Three of my family members got seasick. I only gave 4 stars because we assumed we were going on a catamaran, but it ended up being a very small boat that fit 10 people. Overall our experience was pretty good. I recorded a video but unfortunately can’t upload it.

Great experience with the entire crew, especially Diego our snorkeling guide. They went out of their ways to cater a vegetarian meal for my girlfriend. Highly recommended!

Diego and Ernesto were awesome. Showed us the best places to snorkel, took lots of pictures and shared lots of information. Had a wonderful time!
