Transfer departure Shuttle Barcelona Port to Barcelona Airport

First , we received an email telling us that the pick-up time change form 7:30 to 9:10 since they could not get en shuttel for us before 9:10 . We must be at the airport for embrakment à 11:30 .
So I ask them if we would have enough time ... no answer ....

Anyway , we got out of the cruise at 9:00 and waited , waited and waited . We never saw somebody for us . Never . At 10:30 , we took a taxi in a hurry for the airport . The phone # we got to join them nevers answer. I took a movie of every body waiting for a customer with the name of every customer on there hands to proove you that no body was there for us . I will contact you to get a refund of that trip we reserved in febuary ... Very unsatisfied . My wife is a travel agent and you can be sure if you do not refund us , that will be not a good reference from us . Usually , we use your service without any problem , not this time . Seriously, do I have to give 1 star when it isn't deserved? Transfer to hotel was chaotic and delayed and minibus absolutely stank of fags. I'd be surprised if I don't succumb to effects of passive smoking.
Return journey hasn't been taken yet and is already a disaster. They emailed the hotel, not me for some bizarre reason, with pickup details. It's 4.75 hours prior to flight time and google maps estmitates journey to T1 as 21 minutes. Even worse, the pick up isn't from my hotel so I have to walk 0.2 miles with bags. Total planned trip then about 5 hours to catch my flight.
What?. It's under 10 miles. I could easily walk there and catch my flight, setting off 1.5hrs later. Total bandits. Get the Aerobus instead - they run every 5 to 10 minutes

It was impossible to reach the company by phone to confirm reservation details in advance. Managed to reach through emails though.

Hit and miss here. Arriving we were told the transfer would take approx. 40 minutes. It took 90, which is not approx 40 minutes.

We were then dropped at our hotel but told we had to walk two blocks to get in. Our booking was for us to be dropped at our hotel, not close to it by two blocks! It transpired our driver had been misinformed of our destination hotel.

This was not a good start as you can imagine. We were literally wandering the streets looking for our hotel. But we found it. We planned to make our own way back to the airport at first, but as were being picked up.......wait for it...... five hours before take off, (40 minutes away remember) we decided to give them a bit of a chance to arrive on time.

The return trip was faultless.

The shuttle arrived just before schedule. I received a phone call just before to let me know that the shuttle was nearly there and what it looked like.

The minibus was comfortable and the driver was pleasant.

We arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

Van was right on time but difficult to know where he was going to pick me up at cruise port,, then he dropped me off very far from my airline area of terminal.

I confirmed the pick up time with my return shuttle a few days before I left Vancouver ( Feb 22/20 ). A couple of days before my cruise shop arrived Barcelona. I received an email from From 2 Travel & informed me that the pick up time changed to 0930 to 1030. My cruise ship won't arrive the Barcelona port til 0900 hr. In order to meet the shuttle on time, I have to drag my heavy luggage from my cabin to the port all by myself instead of putting my lugguage outside of my cabin the night before & picking it up at the port. I had problem with my right knee. After I dragged my big piece of luggage from the cabin to the port all my self, I have been walking with a limping leg since I returned to Vancouver on Mar 13/20. How can a shuttle company changed the pick up time at the last min? I don't know this company at all. I booked this shuttle because I trusted Viator which was owned by Tripadvisor. If I knew that they couldn't pick me up at 10.30, I would have booked the cruise ship shuttle instead of risking hurting my right knee.
The driver of this shutter didn't put up any sign where to find the bus. He just stood in front of his bus which he parked at the end of the pick up terminal. He had to wait til 10.15 before he left because other guests were having problem to find him. I think a couple missed his shuttle because they couldn't find his bus!
