A group of Friends from Australia decided to do a private paddy wagon tour and it certainly didn’t disappoint absolutely amazing. Dan B our driver was fantastic nothing was a problem and he was so accommodating. He was punctual and would highly recommend him to future travellers. Thanks again Dan from The Aussies down under.

In February 2020 we booked a tour for our daughter and her partner who were visiting from South Africa. It was cancelled by Paddy Wagon due to Covid. Over the four years we have sent countless emails requesting a refund and have received no response. Over the three months we have phoned their head office Nearly a hundred time and 90% of the time get automated response. When awe. do get to speak to someone they say that they don't deal with refunds on the number listed on the internet and eventually got through two the one and only person that does. Said person has given us countless promises that it will and eventually has been processed. This has been ongoing for the past three months!!!! and still no refund!!!

Four years of this has to stop!!!! It is a despicable lack of competence and almost non existent customer service!!!!!!!

I would not advise anyone to use this so called "tour operator!!!

And to top it all... under the "when did you go" section of this site it doesn't go back far enough as an option nor does it give you the option say that you didn't go and yet it is a mandatory field So I am forced to put in the earliest available date which is more than 3 years after our trip was cancelled!!

This was an amazing tour! Our tour guide Danny was phenomenal, with great stories and a lot of laughs. We saw so much of this beautiful country and learned a lot about its history along the way. I booked economy single and was nervous about the quality of the rooms that I’d get (I’m a bit of a control freak about cleanliness), but ALL of the B&Bs and hotels were terrific! Do not be concerned about your accommodations. We had a fabulous time in Annascaul where the whole tour bus danced the night away at the local pub. Shout out to Culchie Goes Cool Band and DJ Service for making it a night to remember! If you want to see Ireland in all her glory and you don’t have much time to do it, sign up for this six-day tour. You won’t regret it!!! (If you are lucky, you’ll get Danny as your guide)

This was a magical experience for us, from beginning to end! Our driver (and best guide EVER) was Danny! He went the extra mile to make our trip wonderful! The sites we visited, the history, the places where we stayed, the options for activities during the trip were all beyond compare! There are no words to describe the experience of Ireland that we all had and DANNY played a huge role in our tremendous enjoyment of it all! The pace is good and we got to see and experience SO much! I highly recommend this 6-day tour and even more so if you are lucky enough to have Danny as your guide!

It is not organized. It doesn't follow the itinerary established in the booking. They change buses three times. The second guide didn't explain anything. They do not give you time for lunch and it is too many hours in the bus without any sightseeing or touristic stops.

The last 3 days of the tour was rushed, off schedule and missing stops. The bus was cramped, heat got stuck on high and had water leaks. The accommodations were pretty bad 3 of the nights. They had missing rooms and just felt very unorganized. Communication was bad from our second driver. We never knew what was next and when we would eat. Our lunch stop one day was at 4:00 pm after eating breakfast at 8:00. Our first driver Rory was good so the tour started out stronger and just went downhill quickly. That said we did enjoy Ireland and will be back, just no tour or perhaps a smaller more detailed company next time.

Lack of information as to the daily schedule. Switched items to different days which caused backtracking so not efficient. Skipped multiple items listed in the itinerary. First night, Belfast, did not include hot breakfast.

Exceed my expectations and especially thanks to Danny- our tour guide and driver

1970s film: Ryan's daughter is my first impression of Ireland. Dingle, who came to shoot Ryan's Daughter, was surprised to see this movie poster in Library in the town. The library director enthusiastically found two books of Ryan's Daughter, so I spent a long time scanning the photos in the books.

Travel is nothing more than going back to your innocent youth, or exploring for the better future self. I'm glad that I have fully experienced both of them on this trip.

We visited many amazing sights on our 6 day tour. Would have given 5 stars if we visited all the sights listed on the itinerary ( 2 places were left out: Ring of Kerry and Rock of Dunamase )
We were also disappointed with lack of commentary along the way. We were expecting to learn more about Irelands history as we travelled on the bus.

This was my first trip to Ireland and I wanted to get as much done as possible so l picked the 6 day trip.

The tour was really excellent and well paced. I had booked the Bed and Breakfast option and for my the 2 night in Northern Ireland, I was given the lbis in Belfast and the Holiday Inn Express in Derry but there was some mess up in Derry as the Holiday Inn was fully booked. The accomodation in Ireland were all Bed and Breakfast with no lifts inside. The tour company later rebooked us at a 4 star hotel across the river in Derry when the Holiday Inn messed up the booking. Its in times like these that you really appreciate a good and reliable tour company. Kudos to Paddywagon for handling the situation very well and being generous. The rooms booked for the entire tour were excellent. One cannot expect the Four Seasons standard and I thought the stay at most of the accomodation pretty good. The Bed and Breakfast option in Galway was the lousiest in my opinion but it was still acceptable.

The tour was extremely well paced and I think it covered all the major sights in Ireland. I read some negative comments about the day tours being rushed. What fo you expect if the destinations you want to visit are hundreds of kilometers away?

Do the right thing and do a leisurely 6 tour like I did.

I must give credit to the guide and bus driver Danny with whom we toured with for 6 days. I really enjoyed this trip a lot. I was worried about some of the negative reviews about Paddywagon but after day 1, I was extremely confident I would truely enjoy Ireland. Your passion for Ireland's history and culture truly brought our trip to life!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm, making every moment of our tour memorable and insightful. I truely appreciate your effort to be on time, punctual, generous buying cakes, providing chocolates, etc. I hope your boss reads this review and gives you the due credit you deserve Danny. Best wishes again and God bless.
