Booked airport transfer. Driver did not show up when we landed. Contacted tour company, who was cooperative and sent a replacement driver. New driver was great. However, we were delayed an hour past the booked pickup time, which was frustrating.

Excellent on-time service. Driver was waiting at the exit area with our name o. a sign. We got in a little early and he was ready since he tracked our flight. The van was nice and large.

Waiting for us, a party of 6, with a sign at the airport. Van/car had plenty of room for luggage and 6 passengers. Driver was pleasant, friendly and efficient. Easy to online book, pickup from airport to hotel. Would also recommend the Hotel Borgen Bors for your Bergen stay.
