Our car and driver were waiting when we left the airport and we were on our way! The driver was very careful and got us to our hotel quickly. Very smooth experience all the way around. We are going to book the same car service from IAsia when we return next month. So easy and very much appreciated.

Due to the congestion during the New Year period, we had to wait about 40 minutes from the meeting point to departure, but the journey to the hotel was smooth and the driver was not reckless, which was a relief.

Car was very late and the ride to the hotel was less than pleasurable. My stomach was very upset when I arrived at the hotel. It felt like the car had no shocks.

Easy to find name on the board, very efficient. The person who met me at the airport took me to the car waiting outside. Friendly efficient driver welcomed me and drove me straight to hotel.. so easy! Highly recommend them.

On time pickup, quick comfortable ride to hotel. Car was not electric as advertised , but to us it didn't matter.

Very nice clean car. Professional and courteous driver. We found our name on the wall of names and were immediately greeted by a friendly girl. She called the driver right away and within five minutes we were in the car and on our way. Would highly recommend this service.

No issues with the drivers from and to the airport. We booked the round trip option although next time I’d have reconsidered doing them separately as when the issues arose, we ended up needing help from Viator and the rep kept on insisting that the service had been completed even though the second pick up hadn’t happened yet, due to both under the same reservation.
The cars on both occasions were very clean and nice so no complaint there.
The issue is just communication between us and the company itself. We booked all of our transportation from/to all around Thailand with no issues with other companies. They confirmed the day before and let us know the time and location of pick up, we had no communications from this company.
Our arrival was delayed by 1 hour because of flight delay and I communicated such but received no responses. Finally, received a rude WhatsApp message asking where we were. When I told them that we just landed, grabbed our bags and now were looking for the driver where we were told to look, no responses. From the time we started looking and until we got to the car was about an hour later. I also needed to add that telling us who the person to meet didn’t help when the person wasn’t even there by where our name card was. It was honestly quite frustrating. The responses via App and WhatsApp were very slow and honestly short and quite rude.
The return to the airport was another issue. They had indicated they would pick up at certain time and we requested a different time. No responses! So we had to get Viator involved which was another issue itself. Finally we thought we got everything taken care of. On the day of, I got a message that the driver was waiting in the lobby ONE HOUR early! The time change we requested didn’t happen at all.
Again, we used Viator for most of our transportation bookings and had no issues, so this was quite an agitation. If we were to do it again, we would have arranged transfer from our Hotel instead. While it would have been triple the price, it would have saved a lot of time wasted and agitation.
