No one showed up to meet me. When I called the customer support line, they told me that the confirmation number I had was invalid and that they did not have my name under any reservation. I messages trip advisor about this and they decided not to refund me. I will not be using the company or trip advisor in the future.

Let me tell you!! To come off the airplane and to see the young man and lady waiting on us with our name on a board was awesome! To take us through immigration and walk pass every one was great! Then to come outside and you ride waiting on you, a one service! All this in maybe 12minutes. Talk about well worth it! Thanks again!

The service was good however the airport was quiet so we really did not exit any quicker than other passengers. If the airport was busy it would be great to beat the queues

I can’t speak highly enough of this service. I had wondered if this service was worth the money but as a family of 5 youngest is 6, and after a long travel day it was worth EVERY cent. We were welcomed straight off the aircraft by two men holding a sign with our name, they escorted us through immigration, grabbed our bags for us, got us through customs, hailed us our driver and we were out the front door within 10 minutes. I have never gone through an airport so quick! The staff were friendly & efficient and I’m very thankful we opted for this service.

Straight through immigration with huge queues for those not fast tracked. Assisted with our luggage and through customs to where we were picked up. Cannot fault the experience and recommend to anyone coming to Thailand.

Now that I have used this service, I think this will forever be my go-to method when traveling abroad.
The experience is so easy. We were greeted outside the terminal with a luggage cart so that we may check in our bags. Going through security and customs took less than 5 minutes! Felt like we were VIP. No lines for us whatsoever. It’s like priority boarding.
Would use again.
