Spent 45 minutes trying to find the driver. Was told after 30min of communication from coordinator that driver was not at airport yet. Not very professional. Once we were picked up everything was fine.

after making my deposit and getting to the airport, they cancelled our agreement, since "it was not in the hotel zone". I listed my hotel, ( Planet Hollywood" when I filled out the information on-line and received the confirmation. I only realized that I didn't have a ride when i got to the airport looking for this transportation company. I called the company from the airport and no one answered the phone. I was extremely frustrated with their lack of professionalism! BYW- they contacted me through "Whats ap" prior to me landing and telling me they don't go to that hotel, even though the had my phone number and email address....I have the Whats ap, ap but dont use it!

I highly recommend them. At any time they were thoughtful, polite and punctual. They treated me very well and they also have nice prices. Especially thank you miss Fernanda who took great care of us through the phone.

It was money well spent and convenient. Avoided any confusion with the number of taxi services that were outside of the airport. Driver had waters available and was very conversational during our commute to our hotel. We will book again everytime we travel.
