Buyer be aware. We bought and paid for this trip and were sitting out at the hotel lobby waiting for the bus communicating with the tour operator. He told us three times to wait by the lobby. At the last minute he communicates that the bus is by the security gate 15 minutes away and they end up leaving us behind. Still fighting for my refund. DO NOT USE THIS OPERATOR.

It was great working with the team. The full day tour was wonderful. Team was punctual in picking and dropping us off. Bus was very comfortable too. Team explained the history pretty well too! They were not rushing and that was the beat part.

Down needed after walking Chichén itza. It is quite hot there. An umbrella is recommended. Take this tour. You will love it.

We had been to Chichen Itza once before and had hoped to have three hours there as indicated in the overview of the tour, but was told when we arrived that we had two hours until we had to return to the bus. Actually, that was just enough. The site and reconstruction work is amazing. Our guide, Carlos (Charlle), was excellent, providing us with information about the Mayan culture and various sites during the tour. His assistant and the bus driver were both pleasant. The lunch was very good and the stop was enjoyable. We visited a cenote to swim, but there was only a small swimming area with a line of people. Our stop in Valladolid was pleasant although we spent most of it in the town square enjoying the smells from the food vendor's stand, walking around the square and watching the Mayan dancers. All in all, a pleasant and rewarding tour.

They were willing to change my pick-up location last minute, which I was extremely grateful for. Once we got on the road to Chichen Itza, our tour guides were wonderful, kind, and fun. I wasn't aware that a Mayan shaman healing ritual was included, but it ended up being one of the highlights! Lunch wasn't anything special but definitely edible. Once we were at Chichen Itza we split up into smaller groups with more local tour guides, and I absolutely loved mine. He did a great job! Chichen Itza is truly magnificent. We got to the cenote and it truly took my breath away. I was kind of annoyed life jackets weren't already included in the price of the tour, but whatever lol. Our final stop didn't include as much shopping as was advertised, I only got an helote, but the view was beautiful. Overall very satisfied.
