Met just outside the terminal entrance by a young man with our names on a board. He took us a few minutes walk to meet our driver who had been told the International terminal instead of the domestic. This wasn’t a problem although it was very hot.
Took our luggage and is straight to our hotel with no problems at all.
Very good experience.

Initial communication was positive and they confirmed my booking via WhatsApp. The driver was waiting with my name on a sign. However, he dropped me off at the wrong hotel which felt like a sketchy location. Then he had me get back in and took me to the correct hotel but dropped me off around the corner from the actual entrance.
I had thought the booking was for round trip because that is what the TripAdvisor booking tool had me input. However when I sent a WhatsApp message the night before my expected pickup asking for details and timing on my return trip to the airport, they read the message hours before responding and finally responded when I was already in a Grab car service.
I’d recommend skipping pre-booking a car and just use the Grab app which is the same as Uber. Much less expensive and ultimately easier especially with n the return to the airport.

I found the booking form doesn't work very well. I thought that I had booked a two-way pick up - I put the details of my arrival and my departure on the form. (By the way the form wouldn't save initially because I'd not completed the boxes about boats and train times which didn't apply. Nor was it clear what to put in the boxes under these circumstances). I've just had on the phone the guy from War Remnants Museum, which is the organisation running the airport pick-up, telling me I don't have a pick-up tomorrow ('what can you expect? You only paid $25' was his remark to me - great customer relations). He wouldn't take a booking for tomorrow ('ask your hotel to make a booking for you').
When I arrived at the airport, I couldn't see the representative. I had to ask another company representative to help me phone to locate the pick-up which we eventually did. 'I was told to stand at X - didn't you get the message?'. No. He also wasn't holding up the sign to identified him!
This was the first time I've used Tripadvisor to make such a booking. I doubt if I'll be doing so again in a hurry.
