Absolute SCAM! Booked thru Expedia and we arrived on time to find out the TOUR was cancelled do to high winds. They are refusing our multiple attempts to get a refund. Frustrating as they knew the day before it was going to be too windy all week but did not call nor cancel us in advance. So we had to pay to get there and back to be told in person. So we lost our Tour money and had to pay for transportation.

A total scam. I paid about 200usd to take me to a women's island where everything was abandoned. Little time on the island to go to North Beach, the catamaran filled to capacity with about 50 people without lifeguards. The only good thing that was saved was the service since the entertainers and those who offered us drinks were very friendly. The other thing was a total scam. I don't recommend going. Awful

It is a tour in which they make you live a very beautiful experience where you learn the history of Isla Mujeres. The views of the Caribbean Sea are impressive and you can take many souvenir photos. What I like most is that it is an experience in which both older adults and children participate.
The service is 10 and both the guides and captains are extremely prepared.
I highly recommend it and my return every year is also guaranteed.

Had a catamaran tour to Isla de Mujeres scheduled with them for this morning. I was told to be outside the lobby by 8:20am. It’s 10am and no one has shown up. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they read my message, but never responded. Do not book with them!
