I booked transfer from Klook.com and I paid it already.
They send a confirmation by the time I flew from my country to Istanbul which I can't even respond.
Then suddenly when I come to the exit door, they were saying my reservation got cancelled and they said I am late. While my booking showing that pick up time at 2pm even tho my arrival is at 5am in the morning. Another person says that my reservation is for 4th of Oct. So I have to pay the transfer on 3rd meanwhile the transfer on the 4th can be use for my friend who is coming the next day. Turns out the voucher on Klook says that drop of at 2.43 which this is untrue. This is irresponsible and definitely a SCAM.

Our Viator rep was NOT where he said he would be, we called repeatedly. Once we located him, he kept wanting us to 'wait' for five more minutes. However, he would not give us a reason. Our driver had been there already - and the rep was unsure where he was taking us. I am not sure if he was new - but it was a mess. Our assigned driver was perfectly fine.
