Absolutely perfect experience in transferring from the cruise port to FCO. Our driver met us literally as we walked out of the terminal with our bags, holding an electronic sign displaying our names. The Mercedes sedan was impeccably clean, with a bottle of water for each of us. We will absolutely be using them again if we cruise again out of Rome!

We were in Rome several times during our vacation. We lucked out at Leonardo da Vinci Airport (FCO) when Giuseppe Fronda took us to our hotel. A Mercedes with air conditioning, not a Prius. We had a tour of the major sights in Rome on our way to our hotel near the Spanish Steps. We had insider comments on all the major sights, their significance and how best to see them. An example: with more than 500 churches in Rome, Giuseppe pointed out some of the less popular(well known) but more beautiful churches to visit. It turned out that many times, the private tours we arranged (both inside Rome and out in the countryside) took us to these churches as part of their "premium service". As new to Rome and Italy, we felt like we were taken care of and pointed in the right direction. A big city and its vast history seemed to be difficult to figure out, but Giuseppe helped us get a feel for the culture, with pointers on pronunciation, and how to enjoy it the most. We are grateful for his guidance and can recommend him to all who visit Rome.
