Whilst cancelling at any time is a thing with operators, doing so just before we arrive in Ha Long was not good. We were left scrambling to find another cruise and of course, the extras we paid for on the other cruise we could not get with a new, last minute booking. I wonder if this cruise even exists. Yes, we did receive a refund but we did not book for a refund. Consider other cruises.
