Kappa was an amazing tour guide. Very accommodating with our schedule due to weather. She also had a ton of knowledge of the history of Japan.

We had guide Ted. He was well educated in Tokyo history, very patient with our 4 year old and 11 month old and an expert on the Tokyo Train System. He changed our itinerary on the run, including a visit to Pokemon Centre Tokyo for our 4 year old boy. After spending the day with Ted we were confident in hitting the trains for the upcoming 4 days we had in Tokyo by ourselves. Ted showed us the old school sights of Tokyo and the new “trendy” streets and culture. If Ted was up to it, after spending all day with my crazy family we would definitely go with him again and I would recommend his tour to everyone

We had Show as our guide for the day, it was the best decision to have taken a private guide. It was such a nice day, we learned a lot and Show was the best guide! Would highly recommend :-)

As we planned our first full day in Tokyo, we felt it was important to have a guide to welcome us to the city. Naoko is so sweet. My 9 year old enjoyed talking to her and playing at a cat cafe. She was excellent at helping us reserve seats for the JR passes we needed to book for our trip. Because you are spending several hours with someone who knows the subway system, it’s nice to ask all questions for the rest of the days. She made recommendations on what routes to take for when we were on our own. She made it super easy for us! Arigato gozaimasu

We had a great day walking around Tokyo. Our guide, Yumi, communicated with us well ahead of time to make sure to set an itinerary that matched what we wanted to see. We truly enjoyed our day and friendship with Yumi.

Seizo was wonderful. We only had one day in Tokyo, and he aptly navigated the sister for my two young daughters and I to learn and see so much. The children are 8y and 6y old, and Seizo was flexible to take a break to cool off or have a snack as needed. It was a full day from 9am-4pm, and we left loving Tokyo! Thank you, Seizo

Fantastic tour with May. He knew all the spots and great food places. Couldn't ask for anything more. Very insightful with a lot of information and helped custimize our tour with what we wanted to see.

Guide who serviced us had bad experience, poor English and not much knowledge. He was like an escort and what we saw it was Tokyo subways system

Mariko was great. She communicated with us prior to meeting which was helpful too and met us at the hotel on time to show us around. I would say that as a first timer try to fingers out best what you want to really visit we winged most of the places and between train rides and lunch it can eat into your time in places. But it was a great time exploring and would recommend it, Thanks
