I had a fiasco with my flight, I couldn’t get in to Miami from Atlanta, they diverted us to Orlando. We finally make it to Miami and our driver Jesus M. was tracking our flights the whole time and keeping in touch with me via text. We finally got a flight out of Miami and arrived in San Juan at 9pm when we were originally supposed to make it to San Juan at 12:30pm. I feel he went above and beyond to get us taken care of and to be honest I was surprised he did all of this. I really appreciated it!

We used this service as an airport transfer to and from our hotel in Dorado. The vehicle was clean and had plenty of space. The driver, Jesus, was waiting for us when we arrived and was very knowledgeable on where we were going and Puerto in general. We highly recommend this service.

Exactly as advertised. The gentleman texted us before we got off the plane and waited for us near the baggage area very personable the van was waiting just outside the airport doors highly recommended

I've used this transfer service twice now and both times have been nothing but a great experience. The drivers are bilingual, on time, and extremely courteous and helpful. The vehicles are clean and very spacious and comfortable. I can't think of a better shuttle service in Puerto Rico.

Taking a taxi from the airport to our hotel was the way to go. It was 18 dollars for two people to get to our hotel. The line seems intimidating but it moves quickly.
