Could not have been happier. Both Carlos and Alexander were prompt, helpful and kind. Someone at the airport accidentally took our suitcase instead of their own, and Carlos took us 20 minutes in the wrong direction so that we could switch back our suitcases. We were traveling with our 3 month old and 3 year old, so getting everyone into the car took forever! Both gentlemen were super patient and I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend any of their transportation services.

Jesus, Showed up at the airport on time and had the car with AC and very clean. Offered waters and played reggaeton on our drive to our resort. Very kind, polite and told us some history about Puerto Rico

Due to numerous delays our flight from JFK, originally scheduled to leave at 5:am, did not leave NY until 10:58 at night. It was a long and frustrating day. Our driver communicated with us via text and was present & pleasant when we arrived in Puerto Rico well after 3 am. We were exhausted but very grateful. Amazing service!

Driver was on time at baggage claim waiting for me. He was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was nice and spacious for 5 adults with 7 suitcases. I would use them again.

We had an absolutely amazing vacation in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. We highly recommend the transportation from the San Juan Airport to wherever you're going, we stayed at the El Conquistador Resort and it was really one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in my life. The kids still won't stop talking about it! We recommend at trip to Puerto Rico to all our friends and can't wait to return! A++ Sincerely, John & Family
