Authentic sailing is culture, having a conversation with a local, with the power of the wind, no engine noise, no crowds, no fake pirates, no stray cats, no crowds, no need to scream . . . we sail sideways, aboard a real racer-cruiser (J30), with a toilet and a cabin, just real life sailing. You'll get to see a different perspective of old San Juan, with complimentary drinks, feeling safe but free, in small groups (no crowds.) Good for any special moment, or turning this moment into an special one. While in contact with nature elements, sometimes you may get surprised by dolphins. There are 6 people maximum per sailboat. Sailboat model: Jboat J30 (racer-cruiser.) It's not luxury yacht or a catamaran. Let's sail with Sail San Juan Bay!

First day in PR was good relaxing experience. It was difficult to find pick up place. We waited as per instructions at a guard gate and nobody came. Fortunately another passenger on trip showed us. It was on the dock under a pizza place. Guide was informative

The sailor did not want to accommodate me and my family trip after paying for the trip we was told the refund was going to take a few days and to find out it was non refundable don’t waste your time they not even taking you on the next trip out if you ever take Uber get dropped off at the sizzler’s restaurant

A wonderful experience! Highly recommend! Captain Ivan was fun and engaging and we learned a lot about San Juan and also about sailing. The tour was both relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. We felt very well taken care of throughout the entire experience.
Our Uber driver knew exactly where to drop us off when we put ‘Sail San Juan Bay’ in as our destination, but in any case it is not difficult. Walk down the only driveway to the left of the Sizzler. At bottom of driveway head right towards the docks- you do not need to go to the guardhouse that is for cars entering parking lot. For us there was a crew member waving us over and he knew our names from reservation. We got there about 15 minutes early. There is a restaurant dock-side that looked good - next time we do this we’ll go early and eat lunch there.

Learning all the history and all the information...they were extremely pleasant and well versed on local history etc. And the sailing was excellent...his many years of experience shows...had a wonderful day....

This sailboat ride was so much fun. The couple who operate it are very kind, accomodating and knowledgeable, I felt so save with them at the helm. They offered homemade sangria, beer and water. As we navigated the bay they have great historical and geographical information about Old San Juan. I loved when the boat started to keel and all you heard was the sounds of the wind and water. Don't hesitate to book this experience.
