HORRIBLE! The driver parked over two blocks away from our hotel. We had to drag 15 pieces of luggage over cobblestone streets. Three in our party were women who could not handle the heavy luggage.

We tried three times (Day before, evening and morning) to contact the tour operator to confirm our pick up time. The voice mail box was full and we were unable to leave a message. We were NEVER CONTACTED BY THE DRIVER. We had to get another taxi to get to the airport. We will be seeking a full refund from this experience. This was ATYPICAL for Viator.

The driver was professional and got us to the airport on time. He gave us directions to the terminal and was very nice. We gave always used Viator for our airport arrivals and departures.
