DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- This company is a sham and a scam. On arrival they said our private shuttle had left and we needed to pay another £10 immediately or have to wait another hour for another private shuttle.

I recently booked a transfer with MyTransfers for a trip to Cancun airport, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Despite my attempts to change the scheduled pickup time, MyTransfers did not allow any changes, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
What was even worse was that the transfer arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled pickup time and left without us, leaving my family, including three small children, stranded! This was incredibly irresponsible and unsafe, especially when dealing with young children.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by MyTransfers. Their inflexibility and lack of consideration for their clients' safety and well-being is unacceptable. I would advise anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy transfer services to consider other options.

Transfer service. Used twice for our stay. They we're waiting for us at airport with a clipboard with or name. Was there when we needed them. Also in a professional manner.

I’m giving it two stars because my driver, Manuel, was very professional and pleasant. Zero stars is what I would give the vehicle they had him driving. The engine light was on and twice he had to pull over and stop then restart because the engine stalled. Manuel was embarrassed for sure. I felt bad for him. But, he got me there with all politeness despite the language barrier. Never should a car service be using vehicles that aren’t running properly.

Agent showed up on time, put our bags in the van, and got us to our destination efficiently and with no issues. Van was clean and in good condition. Great price.
