Cancun To Holbox Ferry dock transportation Shared Services
we depart everyday from cancun aiport 4 pre scheduled times 10:15, 13:00, 15:45 and 18:00 on the shared shuttle we only pickup terminal 2 domestic.
after board the van is two hours ride to get to Chiquila Port
last ferry to Holbox is 21:30 hrs every day.
IF YOU CANT FIND OUR REPRESENTATIVE PLEASE CALL THE PHONE NUMBER THAT WE PROVIDE YOURSELF DONT ASK FOR HELP NO OTHER PEOPLE.
we dont recognize any payment that you do in cash at the airport we are always at the ferry terminal and if we are late we will provide a solution with no extra cost YOU DONT NEED PAY CASH OR PAY AGAIN AT THE CANCUN AIRPORT.

easy 2hr drive from the airport to Chiquilá, this is the fastest and safe ride , not just for locals, but it was also for us with 3 kids

The met us at the right place. The airport is a bit chaotic in general but they were really organized and friendly. Make sure you’re on time though. We left exactly on the hour. Would book this again.

We have them our arrival flight information and were told to meet the shuttle in front of the welcome bar outside the terminal. They never showed up. I called and they told us to go to the domestic terminal. We took a $50 taxi to the domestic terminal and the shuttle left. Had to take a $250 taxi to the Holbox ferry. Never again using Viator. Want my money back for a ride I never had.

On time and very good at keeping you updated. We arrived to terminal 3 and walked to terminal 2. You can also take the free shuttle. We waited by the welcome bar and by 1 pm our driver arrived. I was always in contact with there service center.

Shuttle service was great. They sent an email before we arrived with detailed instructions where to meet and fast communication on WhatsApp when we arrived. Driver was very nice and ride to destination was easy and quick.

They were on time, picked us up at the airport and dropped us at Chiquila port as expected. We were lucky and were the only ones in the van :)

The unit they send has nothing to do with the one in the photo, they send a very small, uncomfortable and old VW, the driver was chatting on his route, he picked up his girlfriend in his town, talking on the loudspeaker where they were going to go for a ride. At the end of the service, we did 3 hours and my legs barely fit and I ended up with horrible buttock pain, and to make matters worse I have to return to Cancun with the same horrible service.
