Nice experience with nice people. They picked us up from the hotel at the time that they told us. We were all the time in contact with the guide since we booked the experience. And the views were amazing.

We had our flight early in the morning to watch the sunrise .
The service and the flight were perfect ; pick up from our hotel , little take away breakfast , coffee before the flight and a glass of champagne on arrival .
The correspondence was also very clear and through WhatsApp, perfect !
I strongly recommend.

It's a once in a lifetime experience! Worth every penny. Bought via Klook. Kind and helpful Mr Mert from Tourmania arranged our trip! Initially our departure was scheduled in the second trip after sunrise but he managed to reschedule to the 1st early departure, and also agreed to drop us off at a different location from pick-up point so that we could meet up with our tour group. The driver was helpful - contacted my tour guide to make sure we're able to catch up with them at the correct spot. The pilot Mr Blunte has more than 20yrs experiences. He explained everything and the rules in a simple way. His landing was meticulous. The whole crew was professional. Overall, a 100% tiptop ride.

Having a hot air balloon ride is a truly fascinating experience, and Pamukkale is a great place to have it.
Although some things could have arranged in a way I would like more (I felt there was a bit too much a mass tourism vibe) the experience was beautiful and good value price, and I would suggest others to take the ride!
