Enjoyed my ride with Provo Connections. The driver was friendly and offered suggestions on things to do. I felt safe and the wait at the airport was very minimal. Book with them and you won’t regret it!

We did not have to wait long for pick up. We had a large vehicle to ourselves. It was our first time to T&C, driver gave us referrals for restaurants. Driver was friendly and professional. Drove us safely to our hotel.

Overall, we were satisfied with the service and our driver, Spring, was super friendly, chatty, and we felt safe with him. The only downer was that we had to wait for what seemed like a long time for our pickup at the airport. I didn’t check my watch but it was at least 30 minutes. This was after we paid for Fast Track and made it through customs in less than 20 minutes. They could also improve the communication when trying to schedule the ride back to the airport. No one answered when I called the number, but as soon as I hung up I received a text that just said “Hello.” Had to text back and forth to confirm that I was actually speaking with someone at Provo Connection. All in all it was a good experience but there could be organizational improvements that would be appreciated by their customers.

We waited over an hour at the airport for our ride to arrive. There was a Provo Connections van that came, but when we tried to get in it, we were told that was just for taxi (those that didn’t rearrange transport) and had to keep waiting. Don’t waste your time trying to book a ride through this service - just grab the first taxi available and you’ll wait minutes instead of an hour. At least our driver was really friendly when someone finally showed up!

Frederick was very pleasant, helpful, and an excellent driver. Although our flight was late and we had to call, our ride was a great start to our vacation. The vehicle was clean, air conditioned and roomy. Yes, I would definitely use again. Thank you.

Though this was a Shared Transport, we were a three person group and the only ones in this luxury SUV. Loved the ride!

I was advised less than 24 hours before my pickup that they couldn't accommodate my request since I was staying at a private Airbnb. They also told me that I had to cancel myself. If I cancelled myself I wouldn't receive my refund because of the short timeframe. I had to go through another service & request a refund through customer service on very short notice. Have used them before but probably won't again.
