The night before I got a call from the company to confirm all the details. When we arrived out driver was waiting inside by the baggage claim . Our luggage took a long time to arrive but our driver was very patient and when it did he helped bring it all to his vehicle that was parked very close to the door. Friwndly and helpful. It was a welcomed experience.

The most memorable thing to remember is nobody showed up. I had to get a taxi from the airport. Nobody responded to my emails or calls.

I give this company an A+. The vehicle was very nice, and clean. The driver offered us water as soon as we got in and he also gave us a lot of good information about things to do while on our trip.

Ride was canceled due to my being solo. Cancellation was at 5:45 AM the day of my pick up. I had made the reservation 4 days prior. Why I was not informed of this sooner?

The day before we were scheduled to arrive in San Juan our credit card was charged and then I received a call that the car company doesn’t go to our destination and I was required to try and get the refund myself. Stroll trying to get my refund bc there is no customer service number for viator- just direct numbers to the company who cancelled on us on such short notice.
