Pre-book your one-way arrival transfer from Phuket International or Domestic Airport to Phi Phi Island by speedboat. There are 2departure times for the speedboat from Phuket Rassada pier: 8:30am and 12:30pm Please note that for airport pick up, the flight must be arrive 3 hours prior to ferry departure to avoid missing the speedboat.

This is the only company offering speedboat transfers that we could find. Every employee we talked to was unprofessional and careless. Not a welcoming environment.
The main problem is the lack of clarity in the process. We needed to get to SAii village and while we got there, it’s just very hectic and employees do not communicate well. Besides the language barrier is the way they talked to all guests; unprofessional and annoyed. To get to SAii village and other resorts you have to transfer to smaller boats in the middle of rough waters. But you are never told, or instructed. So of course it would create tension and therefore ask questions. The employees are just the worst at answering; they are almost mean.
Unfortunately is the only way to get to the beautiful islands in a faster way.
Also when you are picked up from the hotel in your way back the process is long. However when you are booking they always say it’s one hour; it’s fast but it takes almost 3 hours.

No one was at the airport to pick me up. Had to frantically call and try to find someone available. Very disappointed. Eventually someone came to pick me up. An individual with no identification or organization. Almost missed my ferry boat. Every other company at the airport had signs waiting for their guests.

Booked for 8:30am they knew at booking my flight landed at 8am. Arrived to the port at 9am. They put us on a 12:30 boat… to sit at port for 3.5 hours when there was a 9am,10am and 10:30am,11am,11:30Mboat. Ridiculous. Paid for a ticket on the 9am and arrived to our hotel before we even would have left. Horrible service do not use. Just show up and book on your own it’s also half the price to do it in person

Nothing. I paid for a ride from Phuket airport to pier, then a boat ride to Phi Phi. Got the ride to the iee but did not get a boat ride. I had to buy additional tickets because tour company put our arrival time to early to get from airport to ferry. I put correct information about our arrival, but they hurried our transportation and we still would have never made it. On top of that, the driver left us at pier on our own to deal with the mess. The ferry company had no explanation for us, so we were basileft high and dry.

Smooth journey. Driver is patient, we were held up at the customs. Fully packed on the speedboat. Can be a little less crowded.

Initially had problems where transfer was cancelled. However one phone call and all was sorted promptly and run very smoothly.
