Gabrielle was a fantastic driver/tour guide! First, he picked us up at our resort and talked through what we wanted to do. We went to check out the Jade Cenote. It is down a very bumpy road. He did great navigating all the bumps. Fair warning, there are a lot of bats in this cave. We did not swim here, but others were jumping through a hole. There are also a lot of mosquitoes this time of year. Make sure to bring bug bands.
Next, we went snorkeling at Sky Reef. It is a beautiful spot you can just wade right into. They have a beach spot, restaurant and tequila tasting right there.
We finished up driving around the island and stopping at a little restaurant across from the ocean. They had delicious fajitas! Appetizers and drinks were extra.
Overall, this is a great tour! Thanks!

We had a fun day with Gabriel today, he is a Cozumel native and gave us lots of history on the island. He was very accommodating to me a single mom with my 2 and 9 year olds. We really enjoyed the stop for lunch at Coco Beach Club, the fajitas and tacos were great and the water in Cozumel is beautiful!

Paco was a great guide. Because our family doesn't drink alcohol, they were very flexible and instead of going on a Rum or Tequila tasting tour, we got to change it to a chocolate and honey tasting tour and we had some of the best white chocolate we have ever tasted! They also had some really good spicy honeys and it was quite the taste test. The cenote was awesome. Most of us jumped from the top of the cave down into the cenote, maybe 15-18 feet, but the water felt so refreshing, nice and cool but not too cold. We also got to see thousands of bats just hanging upside down at the other end of the cave-pretty cool. We got to stop and check out El Mirador, not good enough for a picture spot so we kept driving, and then headed a little farther down to go swimming at the ocean for about 20-30 minutes. Was hecka windy but we didn't care. We ate at a nearby restaurant and my kids loved the fish fajitas while the rest of us as beef or chicken fajitas or Cheese and Beef Quesadillas. Note: We ordered 4 non-alcoholic pina coladas and guacamole and pico de gallo, and it ended up costing us $59 dollars and we felt that we were totally hosed by this. Other than this, was a great trip.

First we were called 20 minutes before pick up time and were told there were no jeeps available so they would not be able to take us to the Caves and Cenote... but were told there was a dune buggy available and the guide would take us anywhere we wanted on the island. The guide was very polite and nice, but it was definitely a preset list of over priced venues that we visited even though we specified NOT wanting to go to "tourist" spots. We ended the tour voluntarily 2 hours early.

We had an amazing day!! Everything was perfect!! Our tour guide was informative and helpful at every turn. We snorkeled, jumped in a Cenote, had a delicious lunch on the beach (try the margaritas and guacamole), saw el citadel and Mayan temple, and tasted tequilas and chocolate. I was nervous about going with a 3rd party group but was immediately put at ease. This excursion was the favorite part of our entire trip!

My husband and I, and our two friends, had an excellent time with Miguel. He was wonderful: friendly, knowledgeable, on point. He made our trip fun and we didn't feel pressured into buying anything we didn't want to.
Also, when I got an allergic reaction to one of the local plants he provided me with the anti itch cream, making an extra stop.
Definitely recommend Miguel to anyone looking to explore Cozumel.

We were so excited! My wife and three kids had been waiting for this! But it was HORRIBLE! We waited at the meeting point for an hour calling all the number they provided to us (which didn’t work). Then when we finally got a hold of them they cancels on us because they were “overbooked.” AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING WITH MY KIDS…. they canceled on us because they overbooked? How it is possible they didn’t know that ahead of time?

We had a great day with our guide Javier. There was lots of wind that day so we were unable to snorkel but Javier found us a beach where the kids could play in the water and sand instead.
