Definitely our favorite time of day, join us as the city springs to life to taste our way through the city center.
First stop, a colourful local market, prepare for an explosion of your senses. Here you will learn about the often under-represented Khmer Cuisine and ingredients in a fun and informative way. You'll enjoy first Cambodian breakfast, a dish that is deep-rooted in Cambodian history dating back to the 13th century.
We then head out to the streets on a guided mini city orientation tour and pagoda walk, before foraging up some more snacks and heading to a local family-run street stall. This dish is, arguably, the most famous of all Cambodian breakfasts.
After a small walk we settle in for our final breakfast, where the produce is grown next to our table, a sign of the the future of Khmer cuisine.
