The tour does not stop only at the discovery of the various film sets: you will discover two typical Sicilian towns with an ancient history, which offers churches, convents, catacombs and splendid views.
The Vitelli Bar, which has remained so since Coppola shot the scene with Al Pacino (Michael Corleone); the church where Michael married Apollonia; the Catacombs of the Capuchins; the Main Church of 1200; the Church of San Michele around the ruins of the old castle overlooking Savoca; the mirror monument dedicated to Coppola, on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Ionian coast, site of Michael Corleone's wedding scene.
Continue to Forza d’Agrò, a town of great historical and landscape interest, with the two main churches dating back to 1200, always present in the film scenes.
